There’s no right or wrong answer but I do feel like tech companies have trained us all to expect all content to be free…so they can sell ads. They’ve systematically devalued our work until free feels like the only moral choice 😞

Absolutely agree with your thoughts on this especially the privacy factor. The other reason would be if you are delivering a product that you normally get paid for, for example serialising your book like Rachael Johns is with her new novel Meanwhile in Mount Merry Glen! It’s like you’re paying for a new book so it’s value plus you get involved with the community - win-win! 😍
